“Beyond Boundaries” Exhibition at Milano Art Week from 9th to 12th April

Join us again from April 9th to 12th at Fabbrica del Vapore in Milano for the exhibition born out of the immersive residency experience. Proudly presented within the framework of Milano Art Week, this exhibition is a culmination of creative exploration and collaborative engagement.

The exhibition will present the works of the artists who participated in the residency:

Monia Ben Hamouda (Municipality of Milan)
Milica Jankovic (Montenegro)
João Gomes Gago (Portugal)
Ingrid Bjørnaali (Norway)
Ronnie Danaher (UK)
Domenika Georgiou (Cyprus)

During the residency period from January 10th to 31st, 2024, these talented artists, under the guidance of curator Nicolas Vamvouklis, delved into process-based projects, collaborated with local communities, and honed their creative visions. The residency aimed to foster dialogue, provoke reflection, and dissolve boundaries through the powerful medium of art.

Supported by esteemed institutions including the Municipality of Milan – Fabbrica del Vapore, Ministry of Culture of Montenegro, Clube Portugues de Artes e Ideias, Fluks – Centre for Young Art (University of Agder), UKNA – UK New Artists, and the Department of Modern and Contemporary Culture of the Deputy Ministry of Culture of Cyprus, this program stands as a testament to international collaboration and artistic innovation.
