Curated by La Bonne, within the LEAP project.

From April 9, 2026 to May 8, 2026
La Bonne, Barcelona, Spain
In the framework of the LEAP project La Bonne presents the Exhibition #4 on the thematic pillar “Deconstructing Our Narratives” – Women’s Rights and Male Domination, that will take place in Barcelona from April 9, to May 8, 2026.
Creations, potions and rebellions: For a decolonial feminism was born as an exercise in historical reparation and visual resistance. We not only seek to point out the scars left by colonialism, slavery and patriarchy, but also to propose art as a language that enables healing and sovereignty over one’s own body and territory. In this way, we do not let ourselves be carried away by the memories of oblivion, we experience the body as a territory of resistance and we create spaces of alliance and care that challenge imposed borders.

To do this, it is essential to create new imaginaries that arise from magic potions where commitment, friendship, care, intuitions and rebellions are mixed: only in this way will a rebellious and loving present be born, from a love towards other possible worlds.
We invite you to undo the colonial gaze and to recognize in the ‘potions’ and ‘creations’ between artists, speakers, and activists an inseparable exercise of racial justice and the restitution of the historical memory of those with whose hands they held – and hold – the world.
Free admission.
