This year, the Res Artis Awards will be presented during Mediterranea 17 Young Artists Biennale.
Senni Karvoonen, Executive Director of KulttuuriKauppila Art Centre, will be handing out one award for a one-month residency at the KulttuuriKauppila Art Centre AiR program in Ii, Finland.
Benoit Antille, Residency coordinator of Villa Ruffieux, will be handing out a two-month residency at Villa Ruffieux Résidence d’artistes in Sierre, Switzerland.
The winners, chosen among more than 100 candidatures coming from the artists of the Biennale, will be announced during the opening of Mediterranea 17 Young Artists Biennale, October 22 at 6 p.m. @Fabbrica del Vapore.
