Pogon(Drive) is about synergy, movement. Pogon is about young artists and the promotion of their work. Pogon is about young people organizing and taking action by themselves. Pogon is about every art reaching its target. Pogon is about mixing and presenting diverse energies. Pogon can not stop.

-Pogon is youth centre that is gathering nearly 100 young people. The center has a mission to provide education and promotion of young artists. Pogon stimulates young people to organize their work. At the moment six workshops are operational: comics, photography, graphical design, web design, journalism and cultural management. Theatre and film workshop are in process of arrangement. The Centre is open and is inviting and collaborates with artists that are not actively taking part in the workshops.

-Pogon was founded in 2004 and has organized:
-5 photo exhibitions
-Two Short Film Festivals
-Two comic's exhibitions
-Three graphic design exhibitions
-Three youth magazines
-Two web pages
-The building of Pogon is situated near the largest university campus and has it own gallery space and suitable space for movie projections and theatre play. In the building all of the workshops are functioning like art clubs.

-Pogon has established cooperation with municipality of Karpos and the city of Skopje. During 2005 a partnership with the Association for International Youth Cooperation - AIYC was established and today the Association is part of the Youth Centre.
Pogon is part of the Youth network Now that was taking part in the building the state strategy for youth in Macedonia.
Till now the activities were supported by UNICEF and American embassy in Macedonia.
