Chaos and Communication.
This Edition was organised by Canton of Sarajevo, City of Sarajevo, IPC Sarajevo, ARCI, with the direction of Ibrahim Spahic. It hosted more than 700 artists.

Oceans and seas of civilizations and cultures. awakening of the primordial image, and then the bang: here gather the myths and legends of the Mediterranean, of the Black, the Dead and the Baltic Seas. Here meet the Goat Bridge and the Roman Bridge, in the city of those that are enchanted just by seeing a chestnut leaf floating down the Miljacka river.
We are opening the gates of Sarajevo to start a navigation in the city
the city which keeps memory of great destroyers and great builders;
the city where secrets were buried and beauties were discovered, as at the crossroad of several worlds;
the city of sacred books;
