Is the representative of the Kosovar Youth Council in the Board of Directors of BJCEM since 2003.
He finished Drama Faculty in the University of Prishtina in the acting class of prof. Enver Petrovci and has played several main roles in theatre, film and TV. He is considered as one of the most popular Kosovar actor's.
Is the representative of the Kosovar Youth Council in the Board of Directors of BJCEM since 2003.
Besides his professional acting, Kushtrim is also one of the civil society leaders of Kosovo.
He is founder of Kosovar Youth Council (leading youth NGO in Kosovo), Crossing Bridges Collective etc.
He has a big cultural management experience, as he managed different cultural institutions, and recently he founded AMFI Theatre which is among few private theatres in Kosovo with its own space.
