BJCEM is launching its first Meeting for Change, a special moment of dialogue, exchange, learning and sharing opened to all the network’s members as well as to other organization.
Through a series of seminars, cultural activities and moments of informal discussion, we want to promote an exchange inside the network but also open it to different and new perspectives, thanks to the contribution of realities that are not part of it.
The goal of the meeting, which includes our traditional Board of Directors and General Assembly, is to offer a first contribution to the construction of a new network, open to the dialogue, attractive, innovative and strong enough to look for new directions in its path.
The city of Marseille will be the perfect frame for this meeting, since it will be lighten up by the launch of the program of Marseille-Provence 2013, European Capital of Culture. We therefore thank our member EspaceCulture for its hospitality.

Thursday 31st Jan
11:00 am: Meeting point at EspaceCulture (La Canebière, 42);
12:00 pm: Visit to the exhibition: « Méditerranées » at J1 in the frame of MP2013 (Place de la Joliette);
01:30 pm: Lunch;
03:00 – 05:30 pm : Board of Directors (EspaceCulture, La Canebière 42, only for Bjcem members)
08:30 pm: Dinner.
Friday, 1st February
09:00 -11:00 am: Open seminar on future exchanges. Ongoing projects will be presented; we invite partners to present future activities for cooperation (EspaceCulture).
11:30 am – 12.30 pm: Press meeting and Lunch Buffet (EspaceCulture);
01:30 – 03.30 pm: General Assembly (EspaceCulture);
04:00 pm: visit at La Friche la Belle de Mai, included the new Panorama and exhibitions of MP2013;
08.00 pm: Dinner at La Friche la Belle de Mai.
Saturday, 2nd February
10:00 am – 12:00 pm: Meeting with the international curatorial team of Mediterranea16, EspaceCulture;
12:30 pm: Lunch;
02:30 pm: Departure for Aix en Provence with visit to the venues of MP2013;
06:00 pm: Meeting and Dinner at Seconde Nature.
