A Natural Oasis | San Marino Summer School selected artists and reserchers

A few days after closing the call, the young artists and researchers under 34 who will participate in the first summer school of artistic training Natural Oasis, which will take place from 13 to 19 July in the municipality of Montegiardino (Republic of San Marino), have been selected.

The 15 selected artists and researchers who will participate to A Natural Oasis are: Sarah Capesius (1989 L); Martina Conti (1984 SM); Viola Conti (1982 SM); Lito Kattou & Leontios Toumpouris (1990, 1982 CY); Alessandro Di Pietro (1987 I), Katrín I. Jónsdóttir Hjördísardóttir Hirt (1982 IS – USA), Nico Macina (1981 SM), Francesca Mangion (1987 M), Orestis Mavroudis (1988 GR), Mnemoscape (Elisa Adami, Alessandra Ferrini 1988,1984 I – UK), Quim Packard (1985 E – F), Michela Pozzi (1980 SM), Giacomo Raffaelli (1988 I), Jacopo Rinaldi (1988 I).

A Natural Oasis will continue next summer at the Gibraltar Garrison Library – the UK, during the international event Listen to the sirens – Gibraltar / San Marino and in the Republic of Malta then ending with MEDITERRANEA 17 Biennial of Young Artists in October 2015.

The project has been sponsored by the Secretariats of State for Education and Culture; Tourism and Youth Policies of the Republic of San Marino and developed and conducted by the Office for Social and Cultural Activities in collaboration with the Ufficio Creatività Giovanile and Fabbrica del Vapore of Milan, the Little Constellation Network of San Marino and the Organization for the Promotion of Contemporary Art, Documentation Center on Visual Arts Viafarini DOCVA in Milan.
